rainy eye and karaoke

the london eye was neat. rainy but cool. we had a good pod. so after a long day of work we ventured out there.

melissa got yelled at for taking this picture...rut row. we broke the law.

then we played around in this neat thing for a bit. each lit up thing had a speaker that played a different noise and it made music and the lights went along with it. it was cool.
then we ate a wagamamas. it took a while to come to consensus. but in the end we were all happy. see, just one big happy family

max and i got offered a house to go to for our couples holiday.

and all and all a successful day/night

couldnt ask for anything more.

starting work is no fun. i do a lot of facebooking and emailing. when i say a lot i mean A LOT.

but work is kinda fun.

ireland randoms

pics leading up to our departure, morning we got there and pub crawl.

we loved ireland. pubcrawl, rain, cold and all.

just make sure that if you drink the night before you leave you use some self control. i wont name names, but lets just say im surprised they let me on the plane. haha.

when you go to ireland make sure you have the following items:

your wallet

change of shoes

medicine

towels

umbrella/warm rain coat

cute outfits

lots of euro

and a good sense of humor

things not to do before you leave for ireland:

drink up until your ride leaves for the airport

forget your wallet

being a tourist with kate

katie and i walked around all day and took pictures of some of the necessary objects.

then we met up with ben and had a few drinks, laughs and good conversations.

the championships, wimbledon 2008

i was there.

didnt meet federer 

 

but got to watch some tennis,  drink a bit of wine and take in the beautiful atmosphere.

just one

last night was a good one. had my interview this morning so i was only gonna go out for one pint....
ended up staying up til 6am and finally falling asleep only to wake up an hour later to my obnoxious phone ring and nido telling me that katie is here. i then find ashley asleep on the floor outside her door, put her in courtney's bed. then i signed katie in and fell back asleep for about an hour then some how got up, got ready and headed for the tube with swati. got to covent garden with time to spare to find our places of work. had some trouble with mine being all hidden and tucked away. but found it. had an excellent interview. everyone was nice and i liked the atmosphere, they told me i started on monday. so good bye to my life of leisure.

still haven't slept, gonna crash and burn tonight im sure.
but hey, il sleep when im dead.

thanks for a funny night of birthdays, apples, vodka, cigarettes, michigan boys vic andrew and matt, elevators and hallways, christmas trees, making people mad, and not sleeping in own beds.
